Lumio provides software that helps service businesses answer calls, take bookings, manage customers, and report on their work. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We act as a processor of the customer data our business clients put into Lumio, and as a controller of the account data we collect directly.
We use information to provide and improve the service: answering and routing communications, creating bookings and leads, syncing calendars, processing payments, generating reports, and providing support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business's customer data to advertise to you or anyone else.
We share information only with service providers who help us run Lumio (for example, hosting, telephony, and payment processing), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We keep business data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. You can export or delete records, and we will delete or return your data after your account closes, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to those who need it, and we maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Account owners can manage most data directly in Lumio; for anything else, contact us and we'll help.
