Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These terms govern your use of Lumio. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your account

You're responsible for your workspace, the team members you invite, and keeping login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Lumio in line with applicable laws — including the rules that apply to recording calls and contacting customers in your area.

Acceptable use

Your data

Your business data stays yours. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per location on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep Lumio reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or improve features over time, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Liability

Lumio is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
